HOT BREW
Bring water to just below boiling. Pour water over 1 tea bag and steep 5 to 8 minutes. Remove tea bag. Add sweetener if desired.

TEA LATTE
Place 2 tea bags in 1/3 cup of hot water and steep for 8 minutes. Remove tea bags and fill the rest of the cup with warm milk or dairy alternative. Add sweetener if desired.
