🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 slice Cheesecake Factory Brown Bread
- 1 tbsp Plain Cream Cheese
- ½ Ripe Avocado (sliced)
- 1 tsp TJ's EBTB Seasoning
- Squeeze of fresh Lemon & Red pepper flakes
🍳 Steps:
- Toast the brown bread until the edges are crisp.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese, then top with sliced avocado.
- Gently mash the avocado with a fork (keep it chunky!).
- Generously sprinkle with EBTB Seasoning, lemon juice, and pepper flakes.
2. The "Burst" Tomato & Silk Egg Bowl
This is a breakfast revolution. We sautéed cherry tomatoes with a pinch of sugar to create a jammy, sweet glaze that perfectly balances the garlic and onion notes of the seasoning.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 Large Eggs + 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 tsp Sugar (The secret glaze!)
- 1 tbsp Butter + 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp TJ's EBTB Seasoning
🍳 Steps:
- Whisk eggs and milk. Scramble them in butter over low heat until "silky" and just set. Plate them.

🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 Thick slices of Brioche
- 2–3 slices Smokehouse Cheddar
- 1 tbsp Mayo + 1 tsp Butter (for the crust)
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (for the inside)
- 1 tbsp TJ's EBTB Seasoning
🍳 Steps:
- Mix the mayo, butter, and EBTB seasoning. Spread this on the OUTSIDE of the bread.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside, add the smoked cheddar, and close.
- Sear on medium-low heat until the cheese is molten and the crust is a mahogany-gold "everything bagel" crunch.
4. Applewood "Everything" Orecchiette
This is the ultimate comfort food. Creamy "cheese lava" pasta topped with smoky bacon and the crunch of EBTB.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 cups Orecchiette pasta
- 3 strips Applewood Smoked Bacon (crispy & chopped)
- ¾ cup Mozzarella + ¾ cup Monterey Jack
- ½ cup Milk + 1 tbsp Butter + 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1–2 tsp TJ's EBTB Seasoning
🍳 Steps:
- Boil pasta until al dente.
- In the warm pot, whisk milk, butter, and cream cheese, then stir in the cheeses until you have a "lava" sauce.
- Toss in the pasta and half the bacon.

- 2 Salmon Fillets (6 oz each)

🍳 Steps:
- Pat salmon dry. Brush a thin layer of Dijon mustard on top.

The closer! We used a Pillsbury crust and Passata for an artisan-style pizza with a seedy rim.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 4 tbsp Tomato Passata
- ½ lb Ground Italian Sausage (browned)
- 8 oz 4-Cheese Pizza Blend
- 1 sliced Jalapeño
- 2 tbsp TJ's EBTB Seasoning
🍳 Steps:
- Pre-bake the Pillsbury crust for 5 minutes at 400°F.
- Spread Passata, leaving a 1-inch bare rim. Brush the rim with oil and press EBTB seasoning into it.
- Top with cheese, crispy sausage, and jalapeños.
- Bake for another 10–12 minutes until the cheese is blistered.
